CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely via the telematic network on the site www.salumisalcun.it belonging to Salumi Salcuno di Benito Franco Salcuniale, via Roma 9, 71010 Poggio Imperiale (FG). Each purchase operation will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196 /03.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale:

Purchase methods:

Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described on the site, are made by the Customer at the price per kg indicated therein, to be defined in detail at the time of order confirmation , as the weight of the packages may undergo slight fluctuations, in addition to transport costs. Before confirming the purchase, however, the customer will receive a summary message with the unit cost of each selected product, the amount total amount of your order and the related transport costs. Payments The payment of the products purchased and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer on delivery (for cash on delivery). Warranty and replacement Goods that are damaged or do not comply with the order, according to the provisions of the right of withdrawal, must be returned within 10 days to Salumi Salcuno di Benito Francesco Salcuno, via Roma 9, 71010 Poggio Imperiale (FG), upon notice via e-mail to info@salumisalcuno.it or fax to 0882 303690 in which the anomaly found is described. This right does not apply to products packaged and subsequently opened by the customer even if not consumed. The products must therefore be intact in content and packaging in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
